Fabletics is currently looking for a Creative Video Intern (Summer 2026).

Fabletics is looking for a Creative Video Intern to support the development of video content for the Fabletics website and broader brand initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to creative concepting, video production workflows, influencer-led content, and site merchandising. Throughout the summer, you will support ongoing creative projects while contributing to video assets that bring the Fabletics brand to life across digital touchpoints. This role is ideal for students who enjoy creative thinking, visual storytelling, and contributing to fast-moving work in a dynamic environment.
What you will do:
In this position, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end creative process that supports Fabletics’ brand marketing and e-commerce experience. You will work closely with members of the Creative, Brand Marketing, Production, and Merchandising teams to understand how video content is planned, produced, and launched on-site. Along with day-to-day support assignments, you will take ownership of a focused creative project that contributes directly to live website content. All assignments are designed to deliver meaningful value to the business while supporting your growth as a creative professional.
Support creative concepting and ideation for video content
Assist with video production workflows, including pre-production planning and on-set support
Help coordinate assets with influencer talent and internal stakeholders
Support the organization, review, and delivery of video content for the Fabletics website
Assist with creative reviews, notes, and feedback implementation
Contribute to brand marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns as needed
Support site merchandising efforts by helping ensure video content is optimized for on-site placement
What you can bring:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Rising seniors preferred. Areas of study such as Film, Media, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields are helpful but not required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong interest in video content, creative storytelling, and digital media
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating creatively
Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
Nice to have, but we’ll teach you:
Experience with video editing tools or content creation software
Familiarity with social, digital, or e-commerce video formats
Prior involvement in creative projects through classes, internships, clubs, or personal work
Experience working with or interest in influencer or creator content

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$19.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
