Fabletics is currently looking for a Retail Marketing Intern (Summer 2026).

What you will do: As a Retail Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across brand partnerships, campaign planning and retail activations. You’ll support cross-functional initiatives that power the Fabletics brand across our retail ecosystem. You will:
Help manage assets and approvals to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Assist with managing day-to-day relationships with partners, vendors and agencies.
Identify partnership opportunities with brands, influencers and community organizations.
Share fresh ideas and creative inspiration to help develop best-in-class campaigns.
Coordinate product seeding.
Assist with event preparation and staffing.
Research trends, competitive activity, and retail marketing best practices to uncover learnings.
What you can bring: You are a self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a love for both teamwork and fast-paced environments. You bring:
Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in retail marketing, brand partnerships, fashion, or consumer behavior.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning.
Positive, high-energy problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$20.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
