Fabletics is currently looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Intern (Summer 2026).
How do you fit in?
As the Diversity & Inclusion Intern, you will support our holistic approach to D&I, focusing on our workforce, workplace, and marketplace. On any given day we could be looking into workforce analytics, rolling out workshops aimed at building a more inclusive environment, and meeting with organizations about increasing representation.
In addition to supporting D&I, the Intern will take part in a rotational tour of the Global People Team, gaining insights into various departments within Human Resources. They will spend dedicated time with different teams and collaborate on small projects alongside them.
What you will do:
Assists with drafting diversity and inclusion communications, presentations, event flyers and reference documents
Provides administrative support for Fabletics’ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), reviews ERG event proposals, communications/flyers
Manages ERG budgets
Maintains ERG process documents, handbook and reference guides
Provide support for D&I creative initiatives
Conduct D&I Task Force meetings
Leads virtual and in-person events
Partners with stakeholders to execute event logistics around ERGs
Connects with external organizations to establish mutually beneficial relationships
What you can bring:
Studying to receive a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is encouraged
Passion for diversity and inclusion
Creativity, self-confidence, and adaptability
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$20.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
