Fabletics is currently looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern (Summer 2026).

As the Strategy & Operations Intern, you will support initiatives that improve the member experience and strengthen how the business operates. This internship provides exposure to strategic thinking, operational planning, and cross functional problem solving. Throughout the summer, you will support ongoing work across the team while developing a focused project that explores opportunities to improve member retention and attract new members. This role is ideal for students who enjoy research, structured thinking, and contributing to fast moving work in a dynamic environment.
As the Strategy & Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and see how decisions are made in a fast-moving environment. Along with ad hoc support assignments, you will take on a summer capstone project focused on understanding how Fabletics can strengthen member retention and attract new members. This project will be scoped based on organizational priorities and will include structured milestones throughout the summer. All assignments are designed to deliver meaningful value to the business and support your development as a young professional.
What you will do:
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership
Assist with meeting agendas, notes, and follow ups
Help track action items and support project coordination across teams
Contribute to operational planning and internal communication needs
Support initiatives across Marketing, Growth, Member Services, Operations, and Retail as needed
What you can bring:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Rising seniors preferred. Areas of study such as Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics are helpful but not required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Strong sense of judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Clear communication skills and comfort presenting information in a structured way
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining strong organization and urgency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and solving problems. Interest in fashion or consumer brands is a plus
Nice to have, but we’ll teach you:
Exposure to data analysis or research-based coursework
Experience using digital tools or AI resources to increase efficiency
Prior involvement in project-based work through classes, clubs, or part time roles

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$20.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
