FableticsOS is currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Web Analytics infrastructure and visualization efforts.

This position will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management.

What you will do:
Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of our real time, event driven analytics platform that powers three global brands (web, mobile, retail)
In partnership with Product leads and business stakeholders, identify gaps within the current tracking plan and help drive tagging integration and data adoption
Drive adoption of segment feature sets and enforce data quality with clean tracking plans
Own program planning, quarterly roadmap, and executive status reporting
Become well-versed in the business model to define and track success metrics, and articulate how platform KPIs affect business performance and help drive decision making
Proactively identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and organizational risks
Partner with Product Managers to translate business outcomes to ensure engineering squads have clear, technically sound requirements and acceptance criteria
Develop yourself into the SME of our e-commerce platform and become a resource for technical support and mentoring for other business units.
End to end steward of the Customer Data Platform (Segment.io) stack. Spin up and permission Sources and wire them to‚ Destinations like S3, Heap, and Snowflake
Provision and de provision user accounts across all analytics and BI systems, assigning least privilege access that complies with corporate security and compliance policies
Own all documentation capturing business, functional, and non-functional requirements as it relates to your squad
Continuously stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies
Own the full experiment lifecycle-frame hypotheses, run power analyses, design A/B or multivariate tests, and define guardrail metrics-across web, mobile, email, and personalization channels
Operate fluently in at least two experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Adobe‚ Target, VWO) and ensure consistent variant tagging through Segment or comparable analytics pipelines
Automate results: build ETL jobs that pull raw experiment logs from each platform into Snowflake/BigQuery, apply statistical tests in SQL/Python/R (frequentist & Bayesian, sequential where useful), and publish standardized Tableau/Looker dashboards plus scheduled Slack/email digests
Establish enterprise level experimentation governance-manage global holdouts, resolve overlapping tests, and apply multiple testing corrections-while mentoring product squads on reading lifts, confidence intervals, and next step decisions
What you can bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of prior program, product, or project management/lead experience in platform development environments
4+ years in web analytics architecture
Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients
Project and process management skills plus a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
Hands on experience designing for and deploying in modern analytics stacks (e.g., Segment, RudderStack, Snowplow) and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with SQL
Experience with external vendor relationships and integrations to support business needs
Demonstrated experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and event streaming platforms (Kafka/Kinesis/PubSub).
Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for consent management.
Nice to Have:
10+ years of prior program, product, or project management/lead experience in platform development environments
Experience handling product transition phases and can drive transition requirements lifecycle
Experience with Tableau and Heap
Experience working in a retail/e-commerce environment
Experience with JIRA or similar

The annual base salary range for this position is from $140,000-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that FableticsOS expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
