Fabletics currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the internal Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruiting process and execution of talent acquisition strategies and processes. You will partner closely with a team of in-house recruiters, external staffing partners, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for our candidates.
This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
What You Will Do:
Full-time Hires:
Create and post new job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) per recruiter request
Maintain candidate workflow steps throughout interview process in ATS (interview, references, background check, offer)
Ensure all fields are populated accurately and correctly to achieve full utilization of tracking system to measure all key Talent Acquisition metrics
Support critical steps of the recruitment process: updates to candidate record, input candidate data as necessary, process references and background checks, create offer letters, hire candidates in our ATS, close requisitions, and maintain communication with primary recruiter for each role throughout interview process
Schedule virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and interview panel members from the business through Talent Acquisition calendar
Facilitate onsite interviews including office tours, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Provide proactive communication with all candidates in workflow steps including interview coordination/scheduling, updates to interviews and requests for more information including references
Create and audit all offer letters and pre-onboarding steps for accuracy and compliance
Manage internal New Hie Tracker, and email first day details to all new hires
Support Talent Programs team with New Hire Onboarding and manage / complete all I9s.
Ensures system data integrity in ATS for reporting purposes on weekly basis
Temporary Workers:
Liaise with external staffing agency partners to facilitate temporary search process
Support team in coordinating and facilitating temporary worker interviews
Audit the contingent worker tracker to confirm end dates & off-boarding process
Open internship and temporary worker requisitions
Close out the temporary workers in our ATS (Workday)
Coordinate intern onboarding logistics (equipment, I-9 verification, first day details, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities:
Schedule all Talent Acquisition team meetings and conference room bookings
Support creation of Talent Acquisition materials including deck building and marketing content for employer branding, etc
Manage Talent Acquisition email inbox– providing proactive response and solutions to recruiter and hiring manager inquiries and requests
Coordinate and register for all on-campus and virtual campus recruiting / hiring events
What You Can Bring:
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years applicable work or internship experience
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and written/oral communication/interpersonal skills
Experience working with an ATS/ HRIS system preferred but not required
Experience with PowerPoint and Canva a plus

The hourly range for this position is from $26.68-$31.20/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
