Job Description
FableticsOS is looking for a Senior Product Manager II.
From our database architecture, to our backend APIs, to our machine learning algorithms, we build everything in-house and we build it to scale across Fabletics’ 5 brands collectively getting over 10mm+ page views per day. This also includes our internal customer services system: Bond. Bond is used daily by an army of customer service agents, spread around the globe, to provide the best experience possible to our customer across multiple channels. Alongside the work needed to keep Bond the best and most efficient tool for its purpose, you will also be working closely with different teams, representing all our brands, to constantly support and enhance features added to our eCommerce and/or Retail channels.

How do you fit in:
We're currently looking for a Senior Product Manager who will work with our Customer Service Team and our 5 different brands to scope out, prioritize, execute, and report results for initiatives that can contribute to our goals. You will have a chance to work with other experienced Product Manager leads from different teams at FableticsOS, share your experience, and learn from others.
This position will report to the VP of Product.
What you can bring:
3+ years of prior product management/lead experience in platform development environments absolutely necessary.
3+ years in relevant software development.
Well versed in Agile and SCRUM methodologies and principles.
Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/stakeholders.
Project and process management skills plus a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to establish solid and credible relationships with product stakeholders.
Ability to interact with senior leads to deliver business goals and objectives.
Enjoys startup environment and culture.
Great Slack communication
Availability during key Pacific Time hours (flexible for other time zones)

The annual base salary range for this position is from $118,000-$146,000. The range provided includes the base salary that FableticsOS expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
