Fabletics is looking for a Director, Compliance Strategy

As Director of Compliance Strategy, you will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs across our global organization. You’ll ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements, identify process improvements, and partner with key departments to maintain effective internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and documentation standards.

Reporting to: General Counsel
What You Will Do:
Lead compliance for corporate offices, remote teams, fulfillment centers, and retail locations globally (human capital)
Develop and implement global employment policies aligned with applicable laws.
Manage internal and external audits, regulatory assessments, and reporting.
Partner with People Team to assess and enhance employment practices, privacy protocols, and control procedures.
Oversee systems that support compliance program administration and reporting.
Design and deliver compliance training in collaboration with Legal and HR.
Update training programs to reflect changes in law and business initiatives.
Monitor and analyze regulatory updates that impact operations, hiring, compensation, and recordkeeping.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping of transactions, audits, and policy compliance.
Serve as subject matter expert on employment law, FLSA, HIPAA, ERISA, 401(k), and international labor practices.
Maintain compliance calendar and reporting cadence; drive proactive audit readiness and risk mitigation.
Review and manage company-wide advertising, marketing & social media policies to align with brand confidentiality, copyright laws and legal standards.
Advise on corporate environmental and sustainability compliance practices, ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory expectations.
What You Can Bring:
7–10 years’ experience in Legal, Compliance, or HR.
Background in high-growth environments (tech startup or public company preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and flexibility.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator who collaborates effectively across all levels.
Deep understanding of both nimble startup and structured enterprise systems.
Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and execution-focused.
High integrity, strong analytical skills, and sound judgment.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $133,000-$200,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
