Fabletics is currently looking for an Associate Recruiter, Retail.
How Do You Fit In?
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Associate Recruiter to support our growing Fabletics retail fleet. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for Assistant Store Managers across existing stores and new store openings, while also supporting Store Manager searches as needed.
You’ll collaborate closely with Retail Leadership to attract top talent that embodies the Fabletics brand – always with a focus on delivering a standout candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, values strong relationships, and is passionate about building high-performing retail teams.
This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
What you will do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Assistant Store Manager positions for existing stores and new store openings, with occasional support on Store Manager roles.
Bring the “Always Be Recruiting” mindset—build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Collaborate with Regional Directors, Corporate Retail, and People Team partners to align on hiring needs and elevate recruitment practices.
Translate recruiting requests into creative, actionable solutions (think marketing campaigns, internal hiring events, and more).
Stay on top of recruiting tech and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Support store leadership with interview and hiring best practices, talent selection tools, and onboarding alignment.
Contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition team projects (data, D&I initiatives, brand-building efforts) and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Serve as a brand ambassador at university recruiting events, engaging with students and sharing what makes a career at Fabletics unique.
Travel occasionally to support in-person field recruiting efforts, including store visits, hiring events, and potential new store openings.
Provide occasional backup for our Retail Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
What you can bring:
2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the retail industry
A problem solver who thinks creatively to drive innovative sourcing strategies and unparalleled candidate experiences
Self-starter, with proven ability to execute and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent and influential communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of strong organizational skills, team collaboration and resourcefulness
Experience sourcing passive candidates and using modern tools to find hidden talent
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Passion for people, culture, and the Fabletics brand

The annual base salary range for this position is from $64,600-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
