Fabletics is looking for a Media Manager.
How do you fit in?
As the Media Manager you will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across a variety of different channels. You will be directly responsible for overseeing all of our paid channels such as Google, Youtube, Microsoft, and other non social channels. Additionally, you will be the cross-functional partner to our in-house Creative department and external vendors for production and asset requests. You will be working with a top media spender to perfect our media buying strategies and solidify our position at the top of the Subscription Direct to Consumer (D2C) hierarchy.
This position will report to Director of Media, Paid Search & Google.
What you will do:
Own the planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization of paid performance campaigns across an 8-figure budget that drives measurable incremental growth
Manage paid media execution across all major media channels: Google/Youtube, Microsoft, etc.
Manage the affiliate program with a performance-driven mindset — identifying high-value partners, optimizing campaigns for efficiency and scale, and ensuring alignment with broader paid media strategy
Create, maintain, monitor and optimize SEM accounts to maximise direct bookings for hospitality clients.
Provide assistance to the executive team with various tasks as requested.
Review and report on the performance of the accounts including pay-per-click, commission and CPM models on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display networks, metasearch advertising, and other digital platforms.
Maintain and optimize keyword lists and bids within monthly account budgets, ensuring the highest impression share available, alongside the best ROAS
Understand and contribute to the optimization of all aspects of the customer acquisition funnel
Work cross-functionally with teams to develop, launch and track high-impact integrated campaigns
As a Function Manager level in the organization, you are responsible and accountable for large projects or processes as a direct contributor to team and some department milestones, working with a high level of autonomy.
Coach and review work of lower-level employees.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,100-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
