Fabletics is currently looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to support the design, administration, and evaluation of our benefits programs. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in health and wellbeing benefits – ensuring compliance, and operational efficiency.
You will partner cross-functionally to ensure our Total Rewards strategy aligns with business goals, builds equity across functions (Corporate, Retail, and Fulfillment Centers), and enhances the employee experience.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, People Operations.
What you will do:
Administer and optimize all US employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, etc.)
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support benefits planning, benchmarking, vendor evaluations, and compliance (5500s, ACA, NDT)
Partner with HRIS, payroll, and finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions, integrations, and reconciliations
Support annual open enrollment, planning, communications, systems testing, and implementation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, etc.)
Lead, manage, and support the company leave of absence (LOA) and Workers Compensation program in collaboration with HRBP and legal
Evaluate and recommend process improvements across benefits administration
Collaborate with brokers and benefits providers on renewals, audits, and reporting
Develop employee-facing materials, newsletters, FAQs, and tools that enhance employee education
Promote a Total Rewards mindset through enablement tools, trainings, and thoughtful communication strategies.
Build strong rapport and relationships with People team, payroll, legal, FP&A and external service providers.
What you can bring:
3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and practices (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.)
Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into insights and experience executing benefits tasks within HRIS (preferably Workday)
Proactive problem-solver, offering solutions and process improvements
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across all levels
Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Experience supporting diverse workforces across Corporate, Retail, and Fulfillment Center functions

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,600-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
