Job description - ESG Onboarding Specialist ($50,000 - $60,000)
Tracera (Formerly ESG Flo) is seeking a dedicated ESG Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to assist clients with product onboarding and act as the bridge between client feedback and Product teams. You will also serve as a Tracera expert for clients throughout the onboarding process. We’re excited to announce an opportunity for our first Customer Success team hire, who will report directly to the Head of Customer Impact & Success. This role offers a unique chance to shape our customer success strategies and make a significant impact on the company.
Our goal is to make ESG data collection and reporting easy, efficient, and enjoyable. We help sustainability teams focus on driving meaningful impact in Environmental, Social, and Governance domains rather than getting bogged down with reporting tasks.
How did Tracera come about?
Tracera is an AI-enabled Data management and reporting solution designed to automate the ESG data gathering process and provide real-time insights into ESG factors. This software makes ESG reporting and decision making seamless by optimizing extraction, validation, and transformation of relevant data. It is built from the ground up with auditability in mind.

What will I be doing?
In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding our clients through their sustainability journeys. For new clients, you will serve as the primary point of contact, managing their onboarding process from start to finish. For existing clients, you will act as a dedicated point of contact, understanding their pain points, addressing questions, assisting with training, identifying areas for improvement on an ongoing basis, and supporting clients on carbon footprint calculations. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with the Product team by sharing client feedback and helping to prioritize new features.
To be more specific, you will engage in the following tasks:
Client Onboarding & Management
Collaboration with Customer Success Team
Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams
Perform Data Analytics and Support to Current Clients
Additional Opportunity: Ad Hoc Sustainability Consulting
