As we accelerate our growth, we are looking for a visionary leader to set and drive the high-level strategy that fuels our demand generation efforts.
Role Overview:
The VP of Demand Generation will be responsible for establishing and evolving our demand generation framework. This role spans key strategic areas including overall positioning, target market definition, integrated demand generation initiatives, and data-driven performance management. You will work across teams to ensure our approach is timely, relevant, and effectively aligned with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Demand Generation & Positioning:
- Develop and continuously refine an overarching demand generation strategy that addresses market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Maintain clarity in our messaging and brand positioning while keeping an eye on evolving market trends.
ICP and Buyer Journey Optimization:
- Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and map out the customer and buyer journeys to ensure our efforts target the right audiences at the right times with the most compelling content.
Integrated Initiatives & Team Alignment:
- Oversee the integration of both inbound and outbound demand generation activities, ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach.
- Equip teams with the necessary tools, data structures, and strategic guidance to execute effectively.
Data-Driven Performance & Budget Oversight:
- Lead budget allocation and performance tracking initiatives with a strong emphasis on data and ROI.
- Ensure that every demand generation activity is measurable and contributes directly to our revenue targets.
External Engagement & Thought Leadership:
- Enhance Tracera’s market presence by shaping our high-level communications, public relations, and analyst relations strategy.
- Cultivate external relationships to reinforce our reputation as an industry thought leader.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record of accelerating pipeline growth.
- A strategic, analytical thinker with a strong aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute broad demand generation strategies across diverse channels.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a history of fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience or familiarity with the ESG/sustainability sector is a strong plus.
