Dashlane is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our talent team. Based in Lisbon, this person will have the opportunity to learn about recruitment best practices across multiple business units including; Engineering, Customer Experience, Product, Data, Finance, and Marketing.
Location:
You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Thursday for your department), and a third day at your choice.
At Dashlane you will:

Assist in the recruitment process for various openings across different departments within Dashlane;

Support hiring managers to enhance candidate experience and interview skills, ensuring we hire top talent;

Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics;

Develop strong relationships and trust with candidates by being responsive, professional yet authentic, and providing appropriate context on the hiring process;

Assist in developing and executing creative recruiting efforts and events, such as informational sessions, recruitment mixers, and other activities promoting Dashlane's recruiting and outreach efforts;

Promote the Dashlane brand and use creativity to attract and market the company to qualified and strong candidates;

Take action to promote a strong Dashlane culture and Dashlane's values.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or finishing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in gaining recruitment experience.
We're also looking for:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong and creative sourcing skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and attention
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to engage both active and passive candidates
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse is a plus)
- Strong work ethic. Proactive, highly motivated, and self-directed with good time management skills.
