As our Senior HRIS Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how our Cloudees experience Workday. Main responsibilities
System maintenance and configuration of existing modules, including support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and ongoing enhancements. Alongside providing comprehensive guidance and training to the other members of the team.
Work closely with the Senior Manager, HR Operations to develop the sprint release plan.
Work in close partnership with the HR leadership team to achieve Business Process optimization to refine and become more intuitive for all user groups.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support data-driven decision-making, through discovery and preempting the users’ needs and requirements.
Analyze people data, apply critical thinking and deliver insights that help shape strategic initiatives to the HR leadership team.
Using extensive knowledge of Workday to assess and advise on the impacts of organisational or policy changes.
Lead on a variety of projects at a variety of complexities, partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable outputs.
Provide training and guidance on new features, processes, and best practices for the business and the wider functional HR teams.
**This role follows a hybrid mid shift schedule, Monday to Friday 3pm-12mn PH time
Experience needed for this role
Comprehensive knowledge of Workday (from a selection of modules including but not limited to: Core HCM, Recruit, Help, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Reporting and Dashboards)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data, systems, and people
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder management abilities
A proactive mindset with a passion of continuous improvement
