The HRBP will work closely with the HR Director, APAC to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a proven track record of driving organizational change.
This role requires onsite presence in the office at a minimum of twice a week.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employee and labor relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Acting as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Manages and resolves complex employee issues.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Analyze APAC HR trends and metrics in partnership with the global HR team to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Performs other related duties as assigned and supports future projects.
Strong knowledge of PH employment laws and regulations.
Deep knowledge and HR experience, including solid experience in business partnering or similar role.
Proven experience in building relationships and influencing key stakeholders and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional-level English speaker.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in managing HR projects from initiation to completion.
Any APAC and global HR experience would be an advantage
