What makes this role exciting
Implementation Service Partner Alignment Specialist is in charge on ensuring the implementation area is fully equipped to implement with a high degree of satisfaction the CP solutions with the related Service Partners.
The role will be part of the Implementation Special Projects vertical. It will require to work closely with other departments around the business to ensure the readiness of the Service Partners and Implementation teams.
Main Responsibilities
Own all local implementation documents, capturing key local and country specific deliverables.
Support the Service Partner (new and existing) in order to ensure full alignment and the correct use of Cloud Pay implementation documents and templates. Ensure validation, sign-off distribution, and maintenance.
Support in sourcing activities by conducting gap analysis on service and capabilities between new and existing Service Partners.
Work closely with Readiness PMs on the onboarding process for new Service Partners.
Continuously monitor and audit all the country specific key implementation documents and engage with Service Partners to ensure documentation is up to date.
Support Service Partner Management team to solve issues related to implementation documents and templates.
Organize and/or attend the meetings with Service Partners when required and manage communication with Services Partners when required.
Manage relevant stakeholders in delivering all tasks required for the timely and complete readiness of new Service Partners.
Experience needed for this role
Stakeholder engagement skills: experience in effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong time management skills, prioritising and delivering on tasks punctually to meet onboarding deadlines.
Payroll knowledge: payroll and data structure, data exchange (in/out), mapping, connectivity and interfaces, payroll deliverables.
Experience in working closely with international payroll partners.
Working with cross-functional teams with different interests/goals.
Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Monday.com.
Be a strong communicator externally and internally to ensure business needs and projects priorities are met.
Organized with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to “think outside the box”.
Team player mindset, actively sharing information and collaborating positively with colleagues.
