As an Integration Specialist at CloudPay, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values authenticity and career growth. Your work will contribute directly to delivering seamless integration functionality for new clients, helping drive customer success and business value.
Main responsibilities
Manage Integration Kick-Off calls/Workshops with customers to help them understand CloudPay’s integration technologies, configuration, testing processes, and go-live standard and certified approaches.
To provide analysis, advice, and support to internal teams of CloudPay’s architectures, integration processes, and test results during the implementation of new integrations for customer payroll entities using the built connectors at CloudPay, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Hi-Bob & Standard XML connectors.
Implement Integrations for Cloudpay customers by following a standard methodology and approach to deliver successful integration projects - being able to manage future customer integration calls, feeding back on planned progress and status.
Providing detailed results, analysis and advice on integration testing during Cloudpay’s defined Scenario and Parallel testing process before Customer Entity sign-off and go-live decisions using standardised Testing Script board / Defect Log methodology.
Manage customer go-live approvals with a smooth, controlled transition to production platforms and supporting a hypercare period so customers can operate their operational interfaces on a scheduled basis
Usage / Knowledge and understanding of Automation Tools / Postman Data tool as necessary to ensure customer delivery of accurate data during integration delivery.
Help steer and test the development of new CloudPay products and systems supporting the integration development to ensure their operational effectiveness in collaboration with quality and deployment teams.
Experience needed for this role
Relevant experience with various HR/Payroll Integration systems at the user or project level.
Proven Implementation Project experience supporting the delivery of HR & Payroll integrations.
Client-facing experience handling queries and questions from customers, managing their expectations, and contributing to successfully delivering integration projects
An analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to quickly interpret and assess system messages to communicate back to the customer.
Excellent time management, organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactiveness are a must.
Ability to prioritise clients’ integration needs and deliver them as per the project plan.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to share information and interact positively with others.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take decisive action.
Desirable:
Knowledge around Workday, Oracle and/or SuccessFactors integration systems aligned with an understanding of XML or API data transfers/technologies
Payroll or HCM Knowledge
