You’ll be joining a high performing team, who strive to overachieve and most often do. We are driven, supportive, focused and encourage creativity and individualism. This role will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide support for a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and business partnering across our Hungarian and Polish regions.
Main responsibilities
Provide support and advice for the country or regional Supervisors, including identifying trends and areas for improvement and working with the Supervisors to implement solutions
Provide input to develop and improve existing company policies, procedures, and documentation
Participate in pre-boarding, onboarding and new hire activities
Provide support for end-to-end employee life cycle, including answering queries, advising on HR policies & procedures and managing employee-related issues
Participate in offboarding activities which include exit interviews
Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, advising on any required actions
Support day-to-day HR operations and projects including employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
Experience needed for this role
Previous HR Generalist experience supporting the end-to-end employment lifecycle
Good knowledge and understanding of Hungarian employment law and local practice Knowledge of Polish employment law and practices would also be a benefit but not essential
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
