We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support hiring efforts across the AMER region. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and wanting to learn the full process of hiring new employees. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, learning how to find, attract, and hire the right candidates for different roles. Your main goal will be to help create an inclusive, positive experience for all candidates while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: Managing the Hiring Process: • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, managing each step from when a job opens to when a candidate is hired • Job Posting: Work with hiring managers to understand talent needs, craft inclusive job descriptions, to create and post job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, and the company website • Resume Screening: Learn how to review job applications and identify candidates who match the job requirements • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screenings, and ensure an unbiased and equitable assessment of candidate qualifications • Scheduling Interviews: Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring accessibility for all applicants • Candidate Experience: Promote an engaging, inclusive recruitment experience, ensuring all candidates are treated with fairness and respect throughout the recruitment journey • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Finding and Engaging Candidates: • Learn effective sourcing strategies to find and engage diverse candidates across job platforms like LinkedIn. Identify and engage top talent • Build a talent pipeline, keeping track of good candidates who might be a great fit for future roles. | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • A strong passion and general knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources is essential. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams • Interpersonal skills, to foster an inclusive, engaging hiring experience • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple requisitions. • Comfortable using technology and eager to learn how to use recruitment software (training will be provided). • A proactive, inclusive and positive mindset with a commitment to fair hiring practices • Experience with best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing will be beneficial #LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID | |
