In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for leading the organization and delivery of key operational communications to keep our customers and service partners informed and involved in CloudPay’s journey to be the world's most trusted global payroll partner. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Communications Manager to oversee and deliver all operational communications. This role involves managing communications related to operational updates, service changes, regulatory updates, and crisis communications through a variety of channels. | Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Develop and execute communication strategies for operational updates, service changes, regulatory updates, and crisis communications. • Create and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications through a variety of channels including email, in-platform/in-app and briefing packs for the Customer Success team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Delivery, Customer Service, and Marketing, to align messaging and ensure accurate and timely information is communicated. • Liaise with CloudPay subject matter experts and senior executives to create an organizing comms framework, deploy and analyze the effectiveness of the communication strategy, making improvements as needed based on performance against agreed KPIs. • Co-manage and maintain the communication calendar and templates to ensure consistent, timely and well-orchestrated messaging. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational communications. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. | |
| Attributes and Experience Required: Essential • Demonstrable experience in a B2B communications environment that involved fast-paced and critical communications • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels to Board/C suite level plus develop highly collaborative relationships with other communications professionals across CloudPay • Proven ability to deal with change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders • Able to translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs • Clear and precise communicator with excellent copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills • Extremely organized with high standards • Ambitious self-starter with proven ability to be energized by a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proactive, flexible, creative thinker with problem-solving skills – the ability to anticipate problems and put forward solutions Desired • Our culture is important to us so enthusiasm, curiosity, empathy and humor are preferred • Ideally, experience working in payroll, payments, technology, or Fintech background • Degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or further professional communications qualifications • Experience in using project management tools such as Monday.com or similar tools | |
