Our fast-growing team in Italy are looking for an experience Payroll Specialist specializing in Italian payroll. This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay resources. In this operational capacity the person in this position will ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information for internal & SSAE 16 audits, in addition to processing payrolls in accordance with all established statutory requirements and internal processes. The Italian Payroll Specialist involves processing of new payrolls and able to work collaboratively with Cloudpay global payroll operations team. | |
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently • Analyse payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll • Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations • Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement • Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll • Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing • Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations • Maintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance • Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred • Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms reporting etc. • Experience in any related payroll software and MS Office – Excel and Word, experience with Zucchetti would be beneficial • Strong Italian and English language skills required • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team • Forward thinking, able to plan and organise own workload • Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others #LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID | |
