Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Lead Global Payroll Transformation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex payroll transformation projects across multiple regions, including software migrations and SP to SP Migrations, among other additional projects. To develop, produce, and monitor an internal strategic initiative or project to ensure timely achievements of all deliverables. It can result from the development of business cases • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with in-house teams and external partners to ensure seamless project integration, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals or needed escalation/action plan to be created to unblock issues • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve payroll processes, implementing best practices and standardizations to enhance efficiency and accuracy, submitting recommendations on how to improve Service Delivery and help implement the changed process • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and meet financial targets • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new payroll systems and processes by all teams involved • KPI Development and Monitoring: Establish clear, measurable KPIs and track project performance to ensure objectives are met and improvements are sustained • Report weekly on all topics related to the Senior Manager of Global Payroll Transformation team and make information available as needed in a standard framework | |

Attributes and Experience Required: • Proven Experience in Global Payroll Project Management: Extensive experience managing large-scale, global payroll projects with a strong track record of successful delivery • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and accountability • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and diverse stakeholders • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues quickly, analyzing data, and developing effective solutions • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of project execution • Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with the ability to navigate change effectively • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, fostering a positive team environment Desirable: • Experience with Payroll Software Implementations: Hands-on experience in implementing payroll software solutions, especially during large-scale transformations • Strong Knowledge of Payroll Systems and Compliance: Deep understanding of global payroll systems, regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple regions • Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications • Multilingual abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, given the global nature of the role #LI-VB1 #LI-HYBRID | |
