We are seeking energetic, driven, ambitious salespeople to play a vital part in CloudPay’s growth story. This role is pivotal in accelerating our revenue growth and success in the Mid-Market space. The Mid-Market Account Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional results within their territory through building a robust pipeline, delivering a strong prospect experience throughout the sales lifecycle, and in so doing expanding CloudPay’s market share in the mid-market segment. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the payroll and HR technology landscape, have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and have a strong will to win in a dynamic and high-growth environment. The Candidate A natural hunter who is a charismatic, engaging & confident sales executive who is well-connected and able to establish immediate credibility. They will be proactive and robust, with an inherent ability to cut through complexity and galvanize people internally and in prospects. They will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and will be capable of gaining buy-in at multiple levels to support Mid-market new business development. | |
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: Revenue Growth through Sales Excellence: • Deliver on assigned revenue targets through effective lead generation and customer acquisition Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities within assigned territories • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate territory and expand CloudPay’s customer base. • Collaborate with BDR & Marketing to create momentum in the assigned territory, building a strong pipeline aligned with CloudPay’s Go-To-Market • Work with Solution Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations. Partner engagement: • Work independently and with Strategic Alliances to build and leverage partner relationships in the HCM ecosystem • Identify opportunities to build and leverage mid-market-specific partnerships to accelerate pipeline growth Market Insights & Industry presence: • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to stay informed about payroll and payments market dynamics. Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • Knowledge and experience in selling within the HCM/ HRIS and Global Payroll managed services space • Proven track record and demonstrated success in closing mid-market deals with strong, consistent delivery against revenue targets. • Direct experience working with mid-market clients, selling to functional owners as well as c-suite • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Exposed to and usage of at least one recognised Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar • Charismatic, highly motivated and resilient • Strong influencing and negotiating skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships and influence key senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to make informed decisions. • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions. • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. #LI-AC1 #LI-REMOTE | |
