CloudPay has a full-time position for a Campaign Manager. As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Campaign Manager is a savvy, multi-channel marketer who will lead the planning and execution of assigned marketing campaigns to drive business growth and success for CloudPay. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing. The Marketing Campaign Manager combines creative storytelling abilities and data-driven marketing skills with a passion for results. You’re equally excited about ideas and actions as you are about outcomes and results. Your mission is to attract, engage, and motivate senior global payroll, finance, and HR decision-makers and influencers to help them learn about CloudPay and how we can help them achieve their business goals. You will build and orchestrate multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that demonstrate CloudPay’s value through memorable experiences that move prospective buyers forward in the evaluation and purchase process for CloudPay’s global payroll, payment, and on-demand pay solutions. The Marketing Campaign Manager has a passion for understanding CloudPay’s prospects, along with a commitment to partnering with our Business Development and Sales teams for success. While you need to be able to work independently, you also know the importance of collaborating across teams and departments. Success is measured not just by volume, but also by the quality of inquiries and accounts engaged, as well as your ability to help CloudPay achieve its pipeline and revenue growth targets. | |
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Research the global payroll market, competitive landscape, and buyer personas to develop a deep understanding of prospective buyers' needs, pain points, and motivations. • Develop multi-channel campaign plans and strategies aligned with the buyer’s journey. Orchestrate tactics across channels to attract and increase engagement from senior payroll and HR professionals at large, multinational enterprise organizations. • Develop an annual campaign calendar for assigned campaigns and programs, with go-to-market channels, timelines, and budgets aligned with pipeline growth targets. • Produce written campaign briefs outlining specific campaign objectives and actions that tie to audience behaviors, challenges and desired outcomes. • Work with agencies and in-house teams to produce highly engaging campaign concepts and deliverables that are on-brand, on-message, and aimed at attracting and engaging prospects, while facilitating seamless handoffs to Business Development and Sales teams. • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns through various channels, including advertising, social media, email, webinars, virtual and in-person events, and account-based marketing tactics. • Team up with Marketing and Sales Operations to measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of campaigns and associated tactics. • Build out target prospect data profiles at both the contact and company level, and assign personas and target segments in the CRM. • Collaborate with team members on marketing events (partners and industry association events) to ensure campaigns and events are aligned in terms of audiences and messaging. • Assist with Business Development and Sales enablement programs by developing email templates, call scripts, content and automated email workflows. • Compose and send prospect emails, including automated workflows to support nurturing and re-engagement throughout the buyer’s journey. | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Extensive full-time marketing experience is required. • Experience with Enterprise SaaS/technology solutions preferred. • Experience partnering with global Sales and Business Development teams to coordinate, communicate, and deploy offers and campaigns that resonate with buyers and influencers throughout the buyer’s journey. • Strong planning, tracking, and project management skills. Experience with Monday.com is a plus. • Proven analytical skills using Excel and PPT to analyze data and share results. • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines. • Experience with account-based marketing tools and marketing automation platforms (DemandBase, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other apps) and how to leverage analytics across systems. • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics. • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution. • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. #LI-AC1 #LI-REMOTE | |
