CloudPay solution is underpinned by a global ecosystem of local Payroll Providers (Service Partners) providing payroll, tax/social insurance filing and payment services. One of the key factors of CloudPay success is the proactive management of such ecosystem, to ensure that every Service Partner is effectively engaged in providing an accurate and timely service to CloudPay (and thereby CloudPay’s customers). In this context Operates the Service Partner Function, to which the Readiness Partner Manager will belong. Reporting directly to the CloudPay Director of Global Partners, part of the Payroll Operations team, the role is pivotal in supporting the upscaling of the Service Partners ecosystem: working closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement; Legal; Operations; Sales and Implementation) and with prospect/newly onboarded Service Partners to guarantee the timely completion of sourcing, selection and onboarding activities. | |
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Support Partner Management, Sales, Operations and Procurement setting sourcing priorities. • Acting as the main point of contact for new Service Partners during the Onboarding process including but not limited to project coordination; schedule management; risk and issue management; internal and external stakeholder management • Create and maintain project plans and risks&issues reports to document the progress of the sourcing and onboarding activities, • Prepare and host Quarterly Executive Sourcing review with key internal stakeholders • Manage relevant stakeholders in delivering all tasks required for the the timely and complete readiness of new Service Partners • Coordinate the handover activities with Implementation and Operation to ensure new Service Partners are fully onboarded to support business needs. • Enact and execute agreed project governance to ensure constant alignment between all parties, | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • Stakeholder engagement skills: experience in effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including senior executives. • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. • Be a strong communicator externally and internally to ensure business needs and projects priorities are met • Organized with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to “think outside the box” • Results-oriented and proactive • Experience in payroll and financial operations would be a nice to have. #LI-RAY | |
