| Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include: • Project Support: o Lead payroll migrations, including data extraction, validation, defect tracking, and platform configuration. o Act as the primary contact for Service Partner (SP) to SP transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery. • Strategic Contributions: o Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact strategic projects. o Drive standardization efforts while accounting for local regulatory and operational nuances. • Expert Guidance: o Provide Subject Matter Expertise in EMEA payroll, ensuring compliance and process efficiency. o Proactively address challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Technical Excellence: o Utilize your platform knowledge and technical skills to optimize payroll solutions and configurations. o Support software migrations and integrations with expertise and precision. | |
| Attributes and Experience Required: • Extensive experience and deep knowledge in payroll, with significant exposure to the EMEA region. • Proven track record in payroll implementation, migration, or transformation projects. • In-depth understanding of payroll legislation and operational requirements in complex jurisdictions within EMEA. • Strong proficiency in payroll platforms and systems; experience with local payroll software is a plus. • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills. • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and other payroll-related technologies. • Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. | |
