| CloudPay is hiring for a Team Lead, Implementation to manage and lead a team of high-performing project and configuration specialists, to accelerate our clients' onboarding onto CloudPay’s platform. Involved in the delivery of white glove experience for our clients, leading to sustained growth for CloudPay. | |
| Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: - Manage team members in the various steps of the client onboarding process and ensure timely delivery of associated projects - Hire, train and develop implementation consultants and ensure their professional growth in the various aspects of the role - Ensure the sustainability and growth of the Implementation team by high level engagement and minimizing unwanted attrition - Plan and prioritize activities and workload of the Implementation team for best efficiency and effectiveness - Effectively and creatively problem solve and manage change within the Implementation Team | |
| Attributes and Experience Required: - Demonstrated ability to organize and map workloads, and manage projects and teams - Self-driven and able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead effectively in a collaborative team environment - Ability to properly assess and manage skill levels, and apply developmental activities to improve team member capabilities - Strong time management and multi-task management skills - Project management certification preferred - Experience in Payroll, Implementation, project management and process improvement preferred #LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID | |
