CloudPay solution is underpinned by a global ecosystem of local Payroll Providers (Service Partners) providing payroll, tax/social insurance filing and payment services. One of the key factors of CloudPay success is the proactive management of such ecosystem, to ensure that every Service Partner is effectively engaged in providing an accurate and timely service to CloudPay (and thereby CloudPay’s customers). In this context Operates the Service Partner Management Team, to which the Partner Manager, AMER will belong. Reporting directly to the CloudPay Director of Global Partners, part of the Payroll Operations team, the role has regional ownership of the operational performance of CloudPay’s in-country Service Partners and will be accountable for ensuring these Service Partners are complying with CloudPay governance and ways of working, supporting the world class payroll service for CloudPay’s customers. | |
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Execution of the global Service Partner strategy within the Region • Own the relationships with Service Partners in the Region and support the day-to-day delivery of payroll services from our Partners • Acting as the main escalation point for the regional Operations Team in case of service-related issues relating to Service Partner performance. • Leading periodic service reviews and continuous improvement programs with the Service Partners • Supporting payroll best practice delivery with our Service Partners in their region • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned partner organisations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with CloudPay internal key stakeholders and teams like Payroll and Payments Operations; Procurement; Implementation and Sales | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • Background in payroll and financial services or a related field. • Conflict resolution expertise: demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts with service partners and vendors effectively. • Proven record of process enhancement: a track record of successfully improving operational processes in previous roles. • Business acumen: demonstrated experience in managing financial responsibilities and a strong understanding of commercial awareness. • Stakeholder engagement skills: experience in effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including senior executives. #LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID | |
