| As an Associate Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with all parts of the business to support their procurement needs, which will include supporting with go-to market tendering exercises to procure payment partners, technology vendors, and payroll service providers. You will be regularly liaising with key departmental stakeholders demonstrating an ability to contribute & support with strategic initiative projects that align to the wider organizational objectives. You will be responsible for supporting the tenders through the means of PQQ, RFI’s, RFPs through a Strategic Sourcing Tool. As well as contributing to the end-to-end commercial & contractual negotiations, creating & demonstrating cost value creation within our organisation. The role will then have ongoing responsibility for supporting with all the in-life procurement related activities for global based suppliers, including strategic negotiations & contractual renewals or amendments. | |
| Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: •Ability to understand Procurement values & objectives, including policies, systems and processes. •Being responsible for completing end-to-end tendering exercises, evidencing cost & value creation with support. •Focus on all in-life Procurement related activities for a dedicated number of Global Suppliers. •Support on a variety of initiative projects that align to the business objectives. •Delivering all aspects of the role within the desired & expected timeframes for each scope of work, taking accountability and ownership for delivering on time, accurately & to a business expected standard. | |
| Attributes and Experience Required: • Good procurement experience with a good understanding of procurement methodology. • Experience in conducting or supporting tendering exercises. • knowledge of negotiation tactics, approaches & techniques. • Experience in negotiating & handling contractual documents. • Experience in communicating with key organisational stakeholders. • Experience of working with global supply chains or regional supply chains, preferred. Desirable: • Relevant sector specific experience (Payroll or HR). • Ability to handle and work with complex data files. • CIPs or similar qualification is desirable. *Please note that this is a mid-shift, 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight, schedule - Hybrid set up, at least twice a month onsite (Makati or BGC office) #LI-PC #LI-HYBRID | |
