CloudPay has a full-time position for an Account-Based Marketing Manager who can oversee the continued deployment and optimization of our global account-based marketing and sales efforts. The Account-Based Marketing Manager will be responsible for continuing the success of our ABM program and elevating targeted account campaigns to drive deeper engagement and demand at key enterprise accounts. This is a chance to take ownership of a best-in-class ABM program, bring new ideas to enhance its performance further and shape its evolution as part of a high-performing marketing team. Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Develop and execute ongoing high-impact, integrated ABM programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals for key accounts. • Strategize on scaling and optimizing ABM campaign approaches and ensure alignment and coordination across Sales and Marketing. • Act as a senior strategist and primary liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring alignment on ABM priorities and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. • Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization as well as Sales, Inside Sales, and other teams to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted ABM campaigns. • Act as the primary point of contact for external ABM vendors and agencies; manage the scope and execution of vendor/agency initiatives in collaboration with Demand Gen and Marketing leadership. • Develop and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Key Accounts List, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Work with Marketing and Sales Operations to enhance tracking and measurement of ABM initiatives. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their expertise in ABM strategies, ensuring consistent execution and professional growth within the team. • Guide efforts to create standardized Account-Based Marketing playbooks, including reporting and dashboards for key accounts, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as stakeholders throughout the company. • Oversee our ABM strategy, ensuring momentum is sustained and buy-in from Sales teams remains strong. • Drive ongoing alignment and engagement with Sales leadership to sustain buy-in and maximize the impact of ABM initiatives. • Oversee engagement with account-based marketing tools and tech stack, including evaluation of additional tools. • Expand and scale ABM strategies to drive engagement across new geographies or verticals, leveraging existing successes as a framework. | |
Attributes and Experience Required: • Proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS. • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously • Experience building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns with internal teams and stakeholders and external vendors & agencies • Experience with Account-based marketing tools and platforms (DemandBase, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other apps) and how to leverage analytics across systems • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills • Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously • Flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of an established ABM program in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Performance Indicators • Average time to close for accounts within the ABM strategy in comparison to firmographic lookalike accounts • Average deal size of closed won deals within the ABM strategy • Account penetration: number of touchpoints to close • Increased number of opportunities per company within the ABM strategy • Percentage of MQL's that flip to Qualified Deals #LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID | |
