| Our fast-growing team is looking for a UK Payroll Specialist who can bring their own unique energy and enthusiasm to work with multi-national companies in the UK region in order to promote a culture of continuous improvement. The UK Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting associate members of the payroll team alongside processing payrolls. | |
| • Provide support and expertise to Payroll Associates • Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently • Ensue all data required is processed and accurate in line with tight deadlines • Checking payroll input and output to ensure 100% accuracy • Reviewing existing payroll processes to seek out improvements • Resolving ticket and email queries promptly and effectively from both internal and external customers • Act as a back-up to the senior during absence on payroll processing issues | |
| Attributes and Experience Required: • Good knowledge experience of UK end to end payroll processing • Business software experience required: MS Excel, MS Word, Email Apps • Good knowledge of UK payroll legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting • Excellent time management, administration, and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines • Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others • Responsible for prioritizing client’s payroll and delivering payrolls as required • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bureau experience is preferable, but not essential #LI-VB #LI-HYBRID | |
