Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, your job will be expected to outbound prospect to global HR, Payroll and Finance departments, using multiple channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn. The goal is to book well qualified meetings for our BDM's and SA's within the Sales Team, who you will be partnered with upon joining.

If you are an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen to develop their existing or new skills, we are open to candidates who have been in sales roles previously, or this is their first step into the sales world.Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors • Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position CloudPay as a viable alternative to competitive global managed payroll solutions • Help develop customers into key references for CloudPay • Evangelize and educate the market on CloudPay's global managed payroll solution • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large and medium enterprise companies • Establish, build and nurture business relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the key challenges they face, future projects, and plans in order to address their business needs with CloudPay • Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities • Be a trusted member of the sales team, collaborate with regional sales leaders and with marketing to define a joint strategy for developing the businessAttributes and Experience Required: • Have a passion to innovate and the ability to covey a vision of the intrinsic potential of CloudPay solutions on their business • Sales development, customer service, or consultancy background, preferably within the Human Capital Management • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and high performing environment • Knowledge of working with HubSpot or CRM equivalent is a plus • Highly motivated, tenacious and detail-oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Payroll Market experience desirable
