You will be responsible for implementing processes and systems that will turn our product organization into a well-oiled machine. Your goal will be to turn a great technology into happy customers that are obsessed over using Gryps.
This includes systematizing the user research process, prioritizing the product roadmap, bringing visibility into product delivery, partnering with teams to set goals and deliver awesome products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for our AI-powered Construction platform. Ensure the strategy is aligned with the overall business objectives and meets the needs of the construction industry.
Customer-Centric Development: Work closely with customers to deeply understand their pain points and requirements. Use this feedback to translate insights into actionable product features that drive value and improve user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to market. Ensure alignment across all departments to deliver high-quality products on time.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and market research to inform product decisions. Continuously monitor product performance and optimize user engagement and ROI.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. This includes feature prioritization, defining MVPs, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Regularly update senior leadership and key stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and milestones. Foster transparency and alignment within the organization.
Innovation and Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions that will improve the product offering and maintain Gryps’ competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS space. Experience in construction technology is a strong plus. Experience in an early stage startup is also a big plus.
Customer-Obsessed: A strong focus on understanding customer needs and driving solutions that deliver real value to end-users.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the bigger picture and align product strategy with business goals. Expertise in developing and executing strategic product roadmaps.
Collaborative Leader: Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, sales, and marketing—to bring products to market.
Data-Driven: Strong reliance on data to make product decisions. Comfortable with product metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineering teams to senior executives.
Adaptable and Resilient: Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity with ease.
